Return and exchange of goods

The product can be returned if:

The product has not been used and has no signs of use;
The complete set and factory packaging have been preserved;
The product looks as it should and has retained consumer properties.

All categories of goods presented on the site are allowed for return and exchange, except for those that were made to individual non-standard sizes to order.

The procedure for returning and exchanging good quality goods:

Contact us by phone number +380 67 303 70 36, or send an email to syndicate_doors@ukr.net, and state the reason for the return or exchange, the order number and your contact details.
Pack the product in the original packaging. If the item has multiple parts, please return the complete set. Make sure you send the item in the same condition as you received it. Attach a copy of the sales receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
Send the goods to Nova Poshta branch #19 (full address: P. Tychyny St., 9, Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, Ukraine, Nova Poshta branch #19).
After receiving the product, our specialists will inspect it for compliance with the terms of return or exchange.
If the product is eligible for exchange, we will send a replacement within 14 working days.
If the product meets the return conditions, the funds will be transferred to your account within 7 working days from the moment we receive the product.

Return conditions for goods of inappropriate quality:

In case of detection of defects or shortcomings of the product, we guarantee its replacement or refund.

Costs for return delivery of goods of appropriate quality are paid by the buyer.

The costs of return delivery of goods of inadequate quality will be compensated by the seller.

Possible grounds for replacement or return:

The product has defects caused by violations during production;
The product was damaged during transportation;
You received a product that does not correspond to the specified order (error in configuration, size or model).
